Usability refers to the ease of use of an aplication and it's something we keep in mind in Koo. In fact, we have integrated several enhancements that even if they're not in the application's highlights the ease users's daily tasks. These improvements come out of our own and our customers experience.

Reducing repetitive tasks

It may be due to human errors, a sporadic need or a periodic process,  but sometimes users need to change a given information to a set of records. Koo allows selecting a set of records and do the change massively.

Latest versions not only allow updating information in a given set of records but also execute a process on those records, even if the programmer didn't this possibility originally.

Custom search

Custom search allows complex searches on system's information. Even if these are not the most usual searches to find information, they're very helpful when users need reports or detailed information, where manual search becomes heavy and unnecessary with an information system like OpenERP.

The following video illustrates the possibilities of this type of search, even if newer versions are more powerful and allow more complex searches that those in this example:
