Integrated text search in Koo platform allows searching for text in any data of the sistem just you would do with a web search engine (such as Google or Yahoo!). For example, if we search "barcelona" it'll show us all data records that have this word. Be it an address, company, product, etc.

This means that we can rapidly access any data of the company from a single place, minimizing search time, specially important if we're attending a telephone call, for example.

This functionality is even more powerful if used in conjunction with our Smart Attach module, which is capableof extracting text from attached documents. No matter if they're office documents, PDFs or even images. In the following video you can see how, once scanned and attached an image into a partner, we can search it using text search. This can be very helpful if you work with contracts with your partners, if you need to attach documentation to products, etc.
