Scenario
Grapsa Transportes operates in a logistics sector with very specific processes. Maritime consolidation requires rigorous control over goods, shipments, documentation, statuses, and movements, especially when providing service between the mainland and the Balearic and Canary Islands.
The challenge was to implement a tool capable of adapting to Grapsa’s operational knowledge and turning that knowledge into a verticalized ERP solution for maritime consolidation transport.
The solution
NaN-tic has developed a verticalization solution for grouping companies, integrating sector-specific functionalities into the ERP.
The solution includes management of delivery notes and shipments, document management, goods control using handheld scanners, real-time status updates for shipments, traceability records, as well as invoicing, accounting, and treasury functions.
The result is a tool better aligned with Grapsa's logistics reality, designed to support complex processes with more controlled information from start to finish.
