Koo para Mac

Just a quick note to announce the availability of a Koo installer for Mac in our download area (Launchpad is currently in maintenance mode, but we will upload it there too). Many thanks to Steven Kurylo for providing the package!

By the way, it should now be relatively easy to build the package yourself, because we have uploaded the changes to the setup.py file that Steven used to create the package with py2app.
