About the College of Journalists of Catalonia
The Col·legi de Periodistes de Catalunya is a professional organization founded in 1985 that brings together over 3,900 journalists. Its objectives are to guarantee the right to free information and freedom of expression, as well as to defend the professional interests of journalists in any communication field.
The challenge
The implementation project for a new management system was integrated into a strategic and communication plan focused on the digital aspect. The College needed to rejuvenate the institution, improve services, and adapt the management tool to different areas of activity: members, fees, training, website, documentation, and support.

Assistant for managing different fee types, frequencies, billing, and default control.
Training Center
Features for managing training: dissemination, enrollments, teaching staff, resources, classrooms, attendance, itineraries, and certifications.
Web integrated
ERP integration with the website to update membership data and manage course information and registrations.

Integration of members as users of the document management program of the Montserrat Roig Documentation Centre.

Ongoing support and guarantee to ensure the operation of the implemented management program.
The Solution
The Catalan College of Journalists selected NaN-tic to implement and develop the business management program within its infrastructure and adapt it to the organization's needs.
The solution incorporated unified member management, fee and receipt management, delinquency control, complete training center management, integration with the website, connection with the document management program of the Montserrat Roig Documentation Center, and support and warranty service.
