FOCUSED TO:

Accounting and finance managers, controllers of companies that register a relevant amount of movements without documentation, such as commissions, bank charges, movements between accounts, fees, supplies, subscription to online services...

THE PROBLEM:

All companies generate recurring economic movements. They are usually small amounts that regularly move in form of spending or movements between accounts, and if are not properly controlled can generate big problems. These movements are little relevant individually, but together they can be a considerable figure and, above all, an important escape from valuable hours that could be invested in much more productive work.

In addition, this type of movements are becoming more numerous and habitual. The technology has facilitated banking operations, but also the payment of commissions for almost any service. Stores, for example, have to pay a commission for each sale they make with a credit card or for every sale with PayPal in the case of e-commerce. Services hosted in the cloud also charge small charges for which no bill is received unless specifically requested. Not to mention the expenses and bank fees for any of the services they offer.

So many movements generate an important workload in the accounting department that must manually incorporate data into the management program. It is a mechanical work, unproductive and subject to all kinds of error. And the most important thing: a job absolutely expendable.

THE SOLUTION:

An ERP, by definition, is a unique point of data entry of the company to a platform of integral management. At NaN-tic we deeply believe this and that is why we apply this approach in all the developments we create for Tryton ERP . And this module is a good example.

This module automates the sending of bank movements to accounting accounts. And it does it following three types of rules that can be defined according to the registered movements:

  • By issuer or type of transaction (daily bank summary)
  • By amounts (range of amounts)
  • By keyword (specific text that appears in the bank summary description)

It was Warren Buffett, considered the most successful entrepreneur and investor of the twentieth century, who said, "Take care of small expenses. Invest in companies run by managers who take care of even the smallest expenses, like toilet paper." Fortunately, looking after and controlling the smallest expenses today is simpler than ever with Tryton ERP and the module developed by NaN-tic.

KEY BENEFITS:

  • Automates the recording of recurring banking movements without documentation
  • Multiply control and reduce margin of error to minimum expression
  • Free your staff from absolutely unproductive work

FOCUSED TO:

  • Companies that have a significant volume of recurring banking movements
  • Accounting officers who need more time and less problems
  • Managers who want total control of financial management
